Framework: Armrests, backrests and seats are independent elements fixed to a varnished metal structure that acts as a base and support; this allows the different components to be taken apart and reassembled simply and rapidly, making the removal of covers and transport easier. Armrests, backrests and seats have a multi-layered wood and solid wood structure. Padding: The armrests, backrests and seats are padded in differentiated density expanded polyurethane with separate down mat, and covered with polyester fibre. The seat is sprung with elastic belts. The under-cover is made in a nylon fabric.

Once launched as the first element sofa range, Conseta has held its own in the most diverse interiors worldwide for almost 60 years. The recipe for success of this design classic may lie in its variability and its straightforwardness. Conseta is constantly being optimised and adapted to the zeitgeist as well as to current user demands. In 2022, it is to receive an upgrade. A new couch element with a 120 cm wide seating and reclining surface will become part of the programme. Spacious, with lounge character and room for two. If, for example, elements with a continuous seat cushion are added, the Conseta looks more rectilinear than ever. Expansive reclining spaces up to three metres wide can also be created with ease. Putting together (lat. consetus) and sitting together (lat. consedere) – Conseta skilfully combines both.
